So I am new to this whole tutorial thing.....
I have had a lot of people ask me how to put watermarks
onto their cards/creations. This is hard for me because
I have only ever used Photoshop Elements.
There are numerous free photo editing programs out
there. I think Picmonkey is by far the best because it
does not require you to download anything
onto your system. I have done some research
and have figured out how to make this work.
So here goes it... =)
Step 1: Go to Picmonkey, you will see the sign in by the arrow
on the top right corner of the screen. You DO NOT need to have a
sign in to use this program.
Step 2: Click on the Design tab on the top of the page....
Step 3: This is where you are going to open your card/creation
file to the work space.
Step 4: Find where you keep your creative files and open the one you
would like to watermark......
Step 5: Once you have opened the file you would like
to watermark, your next step is to click the butterfly tab
(overlays) on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 6: This is where you have different option of
overlays to add to your creation but you want
to add your personalized watermark you have to click
"your own" at the top by the black arrow.
Step 7: Find your watermark file and hit open.
Step 8: This is where your watermark will overlay your project.
You can resize as you see fit and you
can also relocate or drag the watermark
to where you want on your creation.
Step 9: After you are happy with the location of
your watermark and with how it looks,
you then click save at the top of the screen.
I hope this helps with the placement of your watermark.
Now you can enjoy them!
