We had a couple new additions to our Paediatric family

this past month, one of which was the ever so handsome Jett.

He is simply too cute for words..... so of course I had to make him

a special card for him and his mom, LeeAnna!

until I saw this one and I knew it had to be..... SO CUTE!!
