Back in Time/Vintage Challenge =)

First off, I would like to congratulate the winners from the last challenge, I really enjoyed all the entries. I was so happy about this challenge because I love everything vintage. I am always distressing all the layers on my cards and inking everything, so I felt right at home with this challenge. I chose a new stamp released August 30th. Her name is Miss Hollywood and she could not have been more perfect for what I wanted to do for this challenge.... you can find Miss Hollywood here!

Simply Adorable... =)

I hope you enjoyed this inspiration card I made for the vintage challenge!

This challenge runs from September 30th - October 11th. For the full rules of the challenge, please visit The Paper Nest Dolls Challenge blog and see the sidebar. I will highlight some of the rules here. We would LOVE to see your creations using a Paper Nest Doll stamp, however, it is NOT a requirement for this challenge. It does HAVE to be a back in time/vintage themed card. The DT will pick their top 3 submissions for each challenge, and one randomly chosen winner will win our sponsored prize package  of Graphic 45 goodies pictured below.

Magnolia Heaven..... =)

So I am going to share another special card I made for another special person in my life. I used a new stamp I got from Magnolia. I do not believe it is a new stamp to the company but it is to me as I JUST got it in the mail a couple of days ago and I could not wait to ink her up. Her name is Tilda With a Love Cake and you can find a link to her at the bottom of this post.
I have quite a few old Magnolia stamps which I never used because I was not really good at colouring with Copics but now that I have been practicing I am going to be brave and start colouring them more as they are adorable.....

For a Wonderful Aunty..... =)

You can definitely tell that fall is rolling in. The leaves are slowly starting to change colour, the temperatures are starting to cool. I find in the fall, I get a lot more done because I like to be inside more. As you can see from my posts lately, I am trying to be a little more adventurous with the cards I make by adding more embellishments. I am really having fun with this so I hope you enjoy. This card I am about to show you is for a very special aunt. She is like the matriarch of our family. She is my mother's older sister and it is her birthday at the end of the month. I wanted to make her something really special because I know she appreciates the work that goes into my cards. I had coloured this image up a LONG time ago, so long in fact, I don't remember the Copics I used.... SORRY.....

It is a Sherry Baldy image.
I originally bought her on her Etsy shop.
Although I can not find a link for her any where, so I apologize!
You can also find more Sherry Baldy work here.

Isn't she adorable? They are super fun to colour!
